Daniel Leon Bialski, Master in Criminal Procedure by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2008). Bachelor of Laws by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1992). Member of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBCCRIM and Comunidade de Juristas de Língua Portuguesa (CJLP). He was Vice-President of the Prerogatives Committee of the Paulista Section of OAB between 2008/2009.

He joined the bank founded by his father and mentor, the late Dr. Helio Bialski, still in the year 1988, then called “Helio Bialski – Advogados Associados”, where he interned. Upon graduating in 1992, he became a member of the firm, which was renamed “BIALSKI ADVOGADOS ASSOCIADOS”. He works in the various areas of Criminal Law, with outstanding performance before the Courts of the country. In addition, he militates in the sphere of Sanctioning Administrative Law, notably administrative disciplinary proceedings in the class censoring bodies (especially in the Civil Police Corregiment).

Currently, Daniel Leon Bialski is President of the Beth-el Synagogue in São Paulo; President of the Clube A Hebraica of São Paulo; acts as treasurer of the Central Chabad Beith Synagogue; is Director of the Jewish Museum of São Paulo; is a member of the Council of Ethics and Counselor of the Sport Club Corinthians Paulista.

Bruno Garcia Borragine

Bruno Garcia Borragine is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, holds a Post-Graduation Latu Sensu in Economic Criminal Law by Law FGV – Escola de Direito de São Paulo of the Fundação Getulio Vargas, with a scientific article on the practice of advocacy and points of connection with crime of capital laundering. He is associated to the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBCCRIM and the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa – IDDD. In 2007 he was approved in a public contest to work as a trainee in the Public Defender’s Office of the State of São Paulo, officiating in the criminal courts of the Criminal Forum of the Capital. In 2009 he was an academic fellow for the course “Economic Development; Globalization and Transformation of Central Europe, coordinated by the European Union “, lectured at the University of Lodz (Poland). In 2010, he worked as a consultant for the “Doing Business 2011” project related to legal issues in Brazil. Between 2012 and 2013, he acted as a volunteer associate for the “Mutirão Carcerário-SOS Liberdade” project, idealized by the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa – IDDD. Within the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program of the Fundação Getúlio Vargas, he completed the COMPLIANCE course; He was a lawyer for the international corporate sector (M & A) of Noronha Advogados and currently works for Bialski Advogados Associados in cases related to Criminal Law.

He is co-author of the work “Exercício da Advocacia e Lavagem de Capitais”, coordinated by Professor Heloisa Estellita, published in 2016, by Editora FGV.

Postgraduate in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law by Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2010). Postgraduate in Economic and European Criminal Law from the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences and Universidade de Coimbra (Portugal) (2010). He attended “Compliance” at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (GVlaw – Lato Sensu Postgraduate Program at the São Paulo Law School – FGV Law/SP) (2015). Member of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBCCRIM.

He was a trainee at the Federal Court in São Paulo, acting in the 2nd Federal Criminal Court of the Judiciary Branch of the São Paulo State, specialized in crimes against the national financial system and money laundering. He joined Bialski Advogados Associados in 2007 as a trainee, becoming an Associate Lawyer in 2008. He works in several areas of Criminal Law and also Administrative Sanction Law (disciplinary administrative proceedings in the class censors, especially the Civil Police Corregiment).
